Graphic Nothing

Graphic Nothing is the design site of super colourist designer Gary Andrew Clarke.
Born & raised in a 1970’s Leicester with early ambitions to become either :-
an entomologist (insects), a paleontologist (fossils), a space ship model maker
or astronomer, but fortunately (for us) non of the above actually happened.
Instead he studied Graphic Design in Leicester & Manchester and presently works
within the music industry in Graphic and Web Design. He resides in Manchester.
I wonder if Gary was inspired for his B/W work by TV Test Cards ?

I love these designs! As a new comer to the field of graphic design, I am still trying to find my favourite styles, artists etc This is definately on my must lookup list! Colour and shapes and pattern…yum.
Sometimes I find it a little vague where the lines of textiles, graphics and illustration lie. Perhaps it doesn’t even matter, if it’s good design then we should just enjoy it eh.
