Ferri Garcès and Ruchika Madan Sculptural Forms

September 11, 2011

I know little about the first of today’s artists except that Ferri works with soft papers and fragile forms.

Beautiful sculptural forms and foldings.

They almost feel organic.

The second artist, Ruchika, works with hard ceramics with simplistic designs and sells her work on Etsy.

Lovely earthy colours and nature inspired designs.

You can see more of Ruchikas’ work on her website here.

Hi Craig, I was surprised to see the photos of my work in your lively blog and I thank your for your interest. I wonder if you have had the opportunity to see the real thing… I will have an exhibition in Paris, mid-december, at Vivienne Art Galerie. If you visit Paris then I would be pleased to introduce you to my paper fantasies. Thanks again! Ferri.

      Hi Ferri

Thanks for your comments, was great to hear from you. I did find it difficult to find much written about you so we need more up to date news for sure lol If I get the opportunity to be near Paris mid December I will definitely be heading in your direction. Keep up the beautiful work. Regards Craig
